AZI is a range designed to offer excellent weather resistance and is sufficiently robust to withstand
considerable vandalism. AZI is therefore likely to be unique in what it
is able to offer the designer and end user.
General specification: The AZI has high frequency electronic control gear mounted onto back
tray. The back tray is manufactured in zinc coated steel finished in
white polyester powder.
High efficiency reflector is vacuum metalised on an aluminium
substrate. This produces maximum efficiency and zero iridescence. Since
vacuum metalised surface is bonded to the aluminium there is no chance
of cracking or crazing.
A cast aluminium trim ring is supplied with stainless steel screws
and an EPDM "O" ring gasket. Into this ring an opal polycarbonate
drop dish diffuser is sealed to an IP55 rating from below.
Emergency versions are offered with remote mounting boxes
Mounting brackets provided for ceilings from 3mm to 50mm.
